Toddler size 8 up through adult size 15. Subject to availabilty.

Is the ice real?

Yes! Our ice is really frozen water.

Are there skating guides?

We have six skating guides. They are free to use and are first come, first serve.

My Groupon is expired! Will you still accept it?

Yes, your Groupon will be accepted. Your Groupon amount will be deducted from your full-price total and you will pay the difference.

Where can I park?

BOK Center does not own or operate any parking areas. There are over 9,000 available parking spots within a five-minute walk of the arena. All privately-owned lots determine the rate for parking. After 5 pm all on-street metered parking is free.

Are there any discounts available?

Yes! There are many ways to skate at a discounted rate. • $6 skating for Arvest customers with Arvest debit or credit card, checks or Arvest GO app on mobile *valid for up to 10 passes for each transaction

• $6 skating on Sundays for Cox customers with Cox Contour app *valid for up to 10 passes for each transaction

• $4 off general admission skating every day of festival when you pick up a voucher from local Metro by T-Mobile stores

• $6 skating on Mondays with the donation of a non-perishable can of food

• $6 skating on Warmth Wednesdays with the donation of a new or gently used coat, blanket, scarf or pair of gloves

What is your refund policy?

We do not offer refunds on skating admission. Please make sure the ice is to your liking and that you have ample time to skate before purchasing tickets. If your skates are uncomfortable, please visit the skate shack and they can offer sizing/fit solutions.
